Our Minimum Order
Please note that our minimum order is 5kg. This is because this is the minimum amount of food that can be kept frozen in transit.
How Much Can I Fit in a Box?
We are now able to fit 12kg in one box. For optimum shipping we therefore recommend the following:
12kg of food; or
10kg of food plus one or two treats (eg. sprats, small marrow bones, large marrow bones)
Where We Ship To
If you order online, we can only ship to mainland UK (England, Wales and Scotland).
Shipping Charges
We do not ship less than 5 kilos, unless you are ordering only our Veni dog, Fish 4 Dogs or Poochs treats. This also includes our Wildwash shampoos.
5-12 kilos = £7.50
13-24 kilos = £9.00
25-35 kilos = £11.00
36-79 kilos £15.00
When Will My Order Arrive?
Most items are shipped on the day an order is recieved via our courier company - UK Mail and is packed into a polystyrene boxes to keep the product frozen as long as possible during transit.
The order will be shipped to an address of your choice, ready to be put in the freezer for use as required. We can only deliver Tuesday to Friday, and orders received on a Friday, over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday will usually be dispatched on the next working day. Orders received by 2.30pm will be processed for delivery on the next working day (Tuesday to Friday)where ever possible.
We cannot guarantee a time of delivery, as orders can be delivered any time between 0800 hours and 2000 hours Tuesday to Friday.
Our courier sometimes have to delay orders due to different reasons such as vans breaking down. If you have been notified about your order being delayed then please contact us on 07974008743 so that we can track you order and aim to get it out for delivery on your expected delivery date. If we are unable to get it delivered on this day, your order will be with you the following day. Your order should be absolutely fine for 2-3days in the packaging we provide. If there is anything wrong with your order when it arrives then please notify us as soon as possible.
